Composition:
Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Sitagliptin 50 mg
• Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg, 850 mg, or 1000 mg

Pharmacological Classification:
Antidiabetic agent (DPP-4 inhibitor + Biguanide combination).

Dosage Form:
Film-coated tablets.

Pack Size:
30 film-coated tablets (3 blisters × 10 film-coated tablets).

Indications:
Used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
